Chris Neill

President & CEO

Chris has been the guiding force behind Warner Alan Properties since it was founded in 2004. Chris' vision has elevated the company from a single multi-family property to the commercial real estate portfolio it is today.

Eric Gonzalez

Operations Manager

Eric is a Fort Worth native that joined Warner Alan Properties in 2010 with a background in financial planning and management. Eric assists in the commercial real estate operations for the company. Eric works closely with the property managers, maintenance, contractors, and tenants to ensure mutual goals and objectives are met.

Michael Keen

Regional Manager

Michael became a member of the Warner Alan Properties family in 2010. Michael came to Warner Alan with 7 years of previous customer service experience and has developed those skills into providing our residents with the unmatched level of service that Warner Alan Properties requires. Michael oversees operations at all of the Warner Alan Apartment communities.

Emily Cannon

Property Manager / Corporate Assistant

Emily is in charge of our Westcliff Park and Park Place communities and works closely with our Corporate office.  Emily joined Warner Alan Properties in 2015 and brought over a decade of management and customer service experience to our team.

James Boliou

Property Manager

James is in charge of our Park at Westover, Westover Trails, West 1901 and West 3855 communities.  James joined Warner Alan Properties in 2018 and brought over a decade of management and customer service experience to our team.
