24 HOUR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

In order to report an emergency after hours, dial the regular office number. 

The following items constitute an emergency:

• No heat and outside temperatures are below 55°
• No air conditioning and outside temperatures are above 85°
• No water throughout the apartment
• Sewer back-ups / Water main break or burst water pipes
• Locked out of your apartment ($25 lock out fee will apply after hours and you must have ID)
• Any unsecured entry (broken windows, locks or any situation where safety is in jeopardy)

Please be advised that an a/c leak is unfortunately not considered an emergency situation.  Should an a/c leak occur and the a/c cover panel is NOT located over the tub area, please place an item below the panel to catch the water (such as a bucket or empty trash can) and leave a routine maintenance message or contact the office during normal business hours.  A/C leaks are unfortunately a common occurrence in the summertime, however it is usually just built up condensation in a clogged line that needs to be cleared.

Noise complaints are NOT considered an emergency maintenance issue!  Please contact the Fort Worth Police Department at (817) 335-4222 for an excessive noise issues that occur after 10:00 pm.  We ask that you contact the office the following day so that we can document the issue and take action as outlined in the lease agreement.
